Meet Tena! Her journey at Challenge Fitness started a little over a year ago.
To date, Tena has lost over 70 Lbs. (1-1.5 lbs a week) and she did it the most challenging way, the right way, through eating right and exercising. No shake diets, no fasting, no crazy diet, just hard work and dedication to lead a healthier lifestyle.
All of us at Challenge Fitness couldn’t be more proud of this hardworking wife and mother who has made hers and her family’s health a priority.
We love you Tena and can’t wait to see what we will accomplish in the next 12 months!
