What is Challenge Fitness?
Challenge Fitness is a 60 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. Here at Challenge Fitness we provide Group Personal Training. Imagine a one-on-one personal training session but in a group setting and for a third of the cost.
HiiT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is an enhanced, intense and highly time-efficient form of interval training that conditions the whole body, boosting fitness, strength, stamina and overall physical functionality.
Circuit-based, it alternates periods of intense and generally anaerobic exercise with active lower-intensity recovery periods. Burn calories with intense cardio, while gaining lean muscle, and increasing strength by targeting every muscle group. When most people think of cardio, they think of long, boring jogs, or endless hours on some type of cardio machine. Our HIIT classes are a method of cardio that takes much less time and is far superior to jogging to help you burn fat.
At Challenge Fitness each workout is designed by the instructor and caters to all levels of fitness. We work with everyone individually to find out their fitness goals, so that we can create the perfect workout. We make sure to push you to reach your goals and have a great time while doing so. It’s tough, but it’s the best kind of tough you’ve never felt and you can’t wait to do it again.
